Holy Cross Village is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (also known as a Life Plan community) that offers compassionate care for your unique needs. Our care doesn’t just begin when a need arises – health and wellness are at the center of everything we do. Our goal is to help residents stay in their best shape. We care for you physically, intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually every step of the way.

Independent Living (IL)
Looking for a low-maintenance independent lifestyle with enriching activities and social opportunities? Our independent living villa homes and apartments are ideal for those looking for companionship without the need for supervision in a maintenance-free environment.
Assisted Living (AL)
Assisted living consists of apartment options with services to support activities of daily living (ADL’s). The services allow residents to remain in AL with additional support while maintaining their independence. Services can be added or removed based upon the resident’s needs. AL provides a maintenance free lifestyle, life enriching activities, 3 meals per day and assistance with personal laundry services. AL is ideal for those that need support and supervision to maintain their independence.
Long Term Care (LTC)
Long-term nursing care is for residents who require nursing assistance 24 hours a day. LTC provides management of all personal needs, medication management, and assistance with transferring. Residents enjoy meals served in our intimate dining room and can take part in life-enriching activities, outings and wellness programs. Physical, occupational and speech therapies are available and daily mass is offered in Our Lady of Holy Cross Chapel in Dujarie House.
Memory Care & Alzheimer's
If your loved one is progressing through the stages of Dementia or Alzheimer’s, Memory Care is the ideal setting, providing 24-hour supervision in a secure environment. Nursing staff provide management of personal care needs, assistance with dressing, bathing and meals. Residents freely enjoy the home-like setting within the memory care center, relax in the additional outdoor spaces with supervision, and participate in enriching activities and scheduled outings.
Skilled Nursing & Therapy
Receive care and recover comfortably with our skilled nursing & therapy services. Skilled nursing care is available for those recovering from surgery or illness after a qualifying hospital stay (at least 3 nights) who need physical, occupational or speech therapies. Our spacious private suites can accommodate a family member for overnight stays. Therapy residents also enjoy use of the formal living area, laundry room and full-service dining in our dining area. The therapy gym is fully equipped for all therapies including ADL with a fully equipped kitchen, bath and laundry areas.
