Independent Living Services
Utilities
All utilities are included in the monthly fee, excluding telephone and internet service.
Internet Service
Residents can sign up for internet service for an additional monthly fee.
Cable Service
Basic cable service is included in the monthly fee.
Phone Service
Landline phone service is available directly through HCV, for an additional fee. Multiple plans are available to meet your usage needs.
Underground Garage
For an additional fee, apartment residents receive an assigned parking space in our underground parking garage.
Salon Services
Hair and nail services are provided for an additional fee at the on-campus salon.
Concierge
The Concierge desk is located in the lobby of Andre Place. Residents can sign up for transportation, buy stamps, and submit work orders.
Security
All residents receive personal health buttons for emergency assistance from our Security Officers 24/7. Personal health buttons work anywhere throughout the Holy Cross Village campus.

The Villas
Enjoy your retirement living among the college and universities surrounding the Villas in Holy Cross Village! Built in the late 1990s – early 2000s, the Villas were originally designed to offer an inter-generational neighborhood by The Brothers of Holy Cross. With distinct names from the counties of Ireland, the Villas are comprised of 22 single freestanding homes, 12 duplexes and a Quad 4-unit building. A beautiful pond is centered in the middle of the Villa neighborhood to offer a great place for walking and enjoying the outdoors.

Future Residents Club
Availability in our independent living options varies. Joining the Future Residents Club (FRC), our formal waiting list for independent living will provide the best opportunity for you to be aware of available spaces. Members of the FRC receive priority access to reserve independent living villas and apartments and have access to health care options if the need arises before moving into the community. The FRC benefits include an entrance fee discount, members-only events and invitations to experience the lifestyle firsthand while waiting for their new home.
